If you encountered a critical issue or stuck in any part of the game, sometimes we may ask you to send us your in-game Logs, so we could gather more info on the issue and resolve faster!

You need to send us Logs right from the screen with the issue. Logs after a game restart do not contain any useful information.

Here's how to do that!

1. Imagine the screen is divided into four parts
2. Tap the top left part of the screen 2 times
3. Tap the top right part of the screen 2 times
4. Tap the bottom left part of the screen 2 times
5. Tap the bottom right part of the screen 2 times
